20 Days of Gifts

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST.

1. Open to residents of Richmond and surrounding areas, Virginia. Contest begins 12/5/11 and ends 12/25/11.

2. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible users/Facebook fans daily.

3. Subject to full Official Rules.

4. Void where prohibited or restricted.

5. Eligibility:
A. 20 Days of Gifts Giveaway (sponsored by Arby’s Richmond) is
open to individuals who are residents of Richmond, VA and are fans of Arby’s Facebook page.
B. YOU MUST “LIKE” Arby’s Richmond’s FACEBOOK PAGE TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN THE PRIZE.
C. Once the Facebook Fan’s name has been drawn for a prize, they will become ineligible for future drawings within the 20 days of Gifts Promotion.

6. This Contest is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

7. PRIZES: Random daily winners will receive a gift coupon valid only at The Restaurant Company owned Arby’s locations in Richmond, VA. See website ArbysRVA.com for exact locations. Prizes will be awarded daily. Representatives of The Restaurant Company will make a random selection daily. Winners will be posted on the ArbysRVA Facebook page. Arrangements for mailing coupons will be made via Facebook message. Winners will need to supply their mailing address for receipt of their prize.

8. By participating in this promotion, users understand and agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, The Restaurant Company, with respect to all aspects of the giveaway which are final and binding.

By being a Facebook fan and user, each winner agrees to these Official Rules and waives, and releases Arby’s Richmond and The Restaurant Company, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Promotion, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from, all claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use the prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, whether intentional or unintentional, expiration dates), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
